Thank you all for your patience! We have finalized a new location in Pioneer Square. We are finally open for workshops and custom rug commissions! It has been a journey getting here but we are excited for our new location and friends! We will be operating during our usual schedule and our tufting workshop calendar is open. What is Tufting?
Tufting is an ancient technique where thread is inserted into fabric repetitively in a form of a loop with an aid of a “tufting gun”. These loops can be cut to add a tufted appearance thus creating rugs.
In our workshop, you will be given over 50+ yarn colors to choose from.
We use other fabrics/textiles as well such as cotton, wool, rope, recycled clothing.
About Us
Hi, we are Carrie and Joel. We are Tufting instructors/Artists from Seattle. We started making custom rugs and during 2021. We fell in love with tufting because of how beginner friendly it was. That quickly expanded in the past three years to teaching workshops. Our love for tufting and art drives us to keep pushing the boundaries of tufting.
